I. We offer worldwide shipping.
II. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping method, but usually use the services of Deutsche Post (not trackable) within Germany or Warenpost International (not trackable) for within and outside of the EU.
III. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries of any order.
IV. Shipping times may vary from country to country but are usually between 2 business days within Germany, 5 business days for shippings within the EU, and 10 business days for rest of the world shippings.

I. All returns must be made with prior notification within 14 days upon receipt of the order. Arrangements should be made via email.
II. We are committed to getting you your ordered goods in the best possible condition. As soon as the order has left our office and will be damaged or mishandled due to an error by the shipping company, we cannot be held responsible. Returns are on your own risk and cost.
